Notwithstanding my own pleasure at being asked to participate, I think this is a fantastic service from the organizers. Too many conference organizers put up very minimal guidelines for presentations, and that’s it.
A chance for presentations focused on best practices, and a point of view, and a chance to ask questions far enough in advance for people to make corrections is incredibly valuable.
I hope more organizers pick up this practice!
