We need as many male allies as we can get telling their trainees to leave unsafe spaces and be mindful that the poster experience for women in men is still VERY different. <br />I always have a signal with lab where I'll see them with someone at a poster and ask "Do you need the red Sharpie". If they say no=I'm okay.
